What’s young families ministry? We’re glad you asked! It’s for families with children 10 and under. All families look different, but there’s a place for yours here! Pastor Gary and his wife Maria, lead the Young Families Ministry at KSCC. They provide opportunities to make connections with other families through events, and workshops to equip you as parents and make your married life better! We would love for you to join our friendly community of young families as we connect, support and grow in our faith journey. Don’t do life alone, we’re better together.

We have various events throughout the year that follow the seasons, apple picking in the fall, BBQ’s in the summer, and a family Christmas party in December. From September through June we have elective classes on Marriage and Parenting on the last Wednesday of each month. We also host events such as Parents Night Off and Picnic & Park days. Child Dedication
We recognize that God gives children as a gift to parents and we practice giving thanks publicly. During our dedication moment, parents affirm their intention to raise their children to know and love God. Child Dedication happens on the fifth Sunday, four times per year. More info here →
